When the single swing doesn't do the trick, Bonzo simply shoves the blade as deep into the door as he can at the lock, and starts cutting through it, slow as the process might be. They will be getting through, even if he's looking a little warm from standing by the melting metal before too long.
With Annabelle and Bonzo watching her back, Tanya crosses the room towards a bald, bespectacled man with a pinched expression.
"Comrade Ivanov, I presume." She continues in Russian, her pistol moved close enough to the man's face for him to catch the scent of burnt propellant and feel the warmth of gunmetal. "Would you please initiate the full shutdown of the Western Missile Command? If you do so, I can guarantee you a safe prison cell far away from Romanov, Vladimir and Yuri."
"If you don't, I am afraid you and all your comrades here become useless, and after we do the shut-down the hard way, we will have to leave you all to explain to your merciful, magnanimous leaders why Mother Russia can not threaten western Europe with nuclear annihilation anymore."
There are a few long moments while the man ponders his options. "Please? Don't make me paint the observation window with your brains to make your second-in-command more amenable to the situation."
Indeed, one of the walls of the room is a huge observation window, overlooking the main silo.
One fellow, who may be the second-in-command, looks like he's briefly considering protesting this demand until Annabelle points her rifle in his direction.
"I think I can snag a line or two with a good throw," Ben replies as he adjusts the black snow cap he's wearing. As per Tanya's request he's also dressed in a black jumpsuit with not much of his signature hid showing. "Or if I can get a close look at the mechanisms I might be able to figure out how ta break 'em quiet like."
Being Reed's Igor all these years should prove useful.
Yeah...you dropped that thread, and I don't even think they got as far as introductions (meh. It happens.) But we can just assume they know each other from around the bar and are aware in the difference in universes if that works for you.
"I can freeze the vehicles in blocks of ice, along with the command post, then cover you while you figure out how to rip out the insides of the the generators, if that works."
He quickly changes from human form to ice form in preparation for the coming adventure.
"I don't want to kill anyone, if we can avoid it."
Luckily for the Reds it is winter otherwise Jenks would just fly in and out and be done before you could say, "Tink's diaphram".
But it is winter and while Jenks picked up several warmth amulets from the Bar, they won't do much good if he flies in this weather. So how to get from point A to point B?
"Me either," Ben says nodding. "In fact that's why I signed up fer this part, less chance o' that happening."
Ben looks over the grounds considering. "Let's hold off on freezin' the vehicles just yet. I don't wanna start an alarm until the other teams are ready. Wait, can you freeze the door locks from here? Keep 'em from being opened?"
Sorry being brain dead. The Diversion team's main focus is to knock out the power and make as much noise as possible to make the jobs of the other teams easier right?
Options, options. Well, he has the gadget Tanya gave him to slap on a data line inside. Oh, look, armored troop transport coming up the path towards the Battle Lab.
They certainly would not mind giving a ride, specially if he does not bother asking.
"I can drop the temperature around us superfast...are you immune to cold?"
He shrugs.
"I need to be closer. In direct contact would give the best results, but within ten or fifteen feet would do. I can put the whole shebang in a block of ice, but that might not keep them from sounding alarms and whatnot."
Ah much better than the snow owl he had been eying! Quickly, Jenks flies up to a branch so he can drop onto the vehicle from above and timing it just right, lands with little to mark his presence.
Crawling carefully he heads towards the main cabin to seat himself behind the wind shelter. Once there he checks his weapons (a sword and sling with toxic thorns for ammo), his equipment (both the device Tanya gave him and his own tools) and his jump suit for any tears or loose folds of fabric. Assured all is good, he settles in for what to him will seem like a long ride in the cold.
"Not immune but I can take a lot, don't worry 'bout me."
Ben pulls at his lip as he thinks. An idea is forming but before he says anything he checks his watch. "Looks like we got about ten more minutes before we should start makin' lots a noise. You ever play with slip 'n slides?"
Bonzo is looking for anyone making a move towards a weapon. Truth be told, he'd rather not have to lop off any heads or arms right now, but if he has no other choice...
As he's moving around slowly, trying to get a glance at anyone who's trying to slip a gun out from behind a table, there's a loud "CRACK!" and immediately thereafter he feels a sharp pain in his side. He spins around to catch one of the Russians pointing a gun at him, and only gets a hand up in time to stop a second bullet aimed at his chest, albeit with a sickening crack as about a half-dozen bones in his hand crack, the bullet stopping as it comes out of the gun.
You can count on there being a loud, loud howl of pain from both shots. He drops his lightsaber, and the guy with the gun dives for it. He grabs it, but accidentally turns it back on before he has it pointing in the right direction.
Bad move, Mr. Russkie. Welcome to the One-Hand Club.
"Okay, I'm thinkin' you can ice that hill that leads to the main bunker there. Then, when we're ready, I'll run as fast as I can and jump on it ta come crashin' into their party. They won't hear anything coming so it should be a complete surprise. Right before I make the slide though I want to take out at least a few of those power lines. Can you make some ice boulders without taxin' yerself?"

"Ladies and gentlemen." Tanya steps in, guns trained, speaking in Russian. "Step away from the consoles now, or you will be killed."

At least one person doesn't seem convinced, so Bonzo adds a bit more. "We do heads, too. They count."
